Dark Bordeaux with aromas of chocolate, berries, and cherries. The finish features vanilla and oak. Harmonious, full-bodied, and juicy, from clay-rich soils in the Santo Ippolito microzone.

Dark Bordeaux, intense color. Notes of dark chocolate, berries (blackberries, cranberries, blueberries and raspberries) and cherries on the nose. Aromas of vanilla, oak and balsamic notes in the aftertaste. Very harmonious and full-bodied on the palate. Well-structured, juicy, with fine fruit and good body. Long finish.

The grapes come from our own vineyards. The name comes from the original historical designations around the current winery.
The S.to Ippolito microzone (S.to stands for Santo) is rich in clayey soil, which is well suited to the cultivation of Syrah and Merlot.
